Participation

Two ‘Jacobs Joins’ have been held in the last week in both the North and South of the Company. Young people and staff came together to develop team skills,share ideas,food and develop understanding of roles and responsibilities of committees and meeting structures. Everyone came away with ideas and roles to play. Next meeting to be held in August with planning being held by the joint chairs of young people and staff.
